Shipping:
We ship via: UPS or Parcel Post for all deliveries within the continental U.S.A. and Canada.
There is a a US $2.50 handling fee per order, which is included in the shipping charges.
Most merchandise is shipped in 4-6 business days or less. Custom made products require 2-3 weeks for production in most cases.
Shipping is measured in business days which means weekends and holidays are excluded. Generally, from time of shipment, the maximum time in transit is scheduled for 7 business days for shipments across the country. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
Returns:
• Returns are not accepted unless they are defective.
• All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving product (UPS/Parcel Post delivery receipt).
• We MUST receive an email describing the defect before we will allow any returns.
